How do image messages work?
When image messages are available, confirmed friends can choose a photo from the camera or gallery, crop it, send it and open received images full-screen.
Updated July 28, 2026
When image messages are enabled, confirmed friends can share photos inside their private chat. The image button may be hidden while the feature is being rolled out or temporarily unavailable.
Choose, crop and send
Tap the image button and choose Camera or Gallery.
Allow camera or photo access if your device asks for permission.
Move and zoom the image inside the frame to choose the crop.
Review the preview and tap Send.
If delivery could not be confirmed, check the conversation before sending again — the image may already be there.
Viewing an image
Tap an image bubble to open the full-size viewer. You can zoom and pan for a closer look. If a download fails, tap again to retry.
Privacy and limits
Images can be sent only between confirmed friends.
Every player can switch off Receive Images in Chat in Settings without disabling text chat.
Daily and short-term sending limits protect the service. VIP members currently receive twice the standard allowance.
Press and hold an incoming image to report it.
Press and hold your own image to delete it for everyone while message deletion is active and the allowed time window has not expired.
Clearing Downloaded Media removes the local cached copy from your device. It does not delete the image from the server or from the conversation.
