How do private chats work?Open the Private Chats tab to talk 1-on-1 with any player. Messages can be up to 240 characters, and deleting a chat only hides it from your list.
Why can I only send emojis during a match?In-match communication is emoji-only — no free text. Extra emojis are sold in the store (currently 150 gems each), and some are progress-track rewards.
What privacy and blocking tools do I have?Settings lets you disable chats, accept chats only from friends, and hide your online status — and you can block any player to cut off chats and gifts in both directions.
How do I report a player, a question, or a problem?Report a player from their profile, report a question right from the match, or send general feedback from Settings — every report goes to the team for review.
