How do I contact support?
In the game: Settings, then Contact Support. On the web: clevergames.org under Support. Either way, include your user ID — tap it in Settings to copy.

There are real humans on the other side, and reaching them takes about a minute. Here are the two fastest routes.
From inside the game
Open Settings and tap Contact Support. The support form opens with your details already filled in — just describe the problem and send.
From the website
Go to clevergames.org, open the Support page and pick Head To Head. Fill in your user ID, your email and your message — done.
The golden rule: include your user ID
In Settings, tap your user ID to copy it, and paste it into every request. It lets us find your account in seconds instead of playing detective.
What happens next
You will get a confirmation email with a secure link to your personal ticket thread. Our reply appears in that thread — open the link to read it and keep the conversation going.
