If you open the game and see the "Your account has been blocked" screen, it means the account was actioned for breaking the game rules.

How to appeal

  1. Note the user ID shown on the block screen.

  2. Contact support through the website: clevergames.org, Support page, Head To Head.

  3. Include the user ID and describe what happened from your side.

What happens next

Every appeal is reviewed by a human. You will get a confirmation email with a secure link to your ticket thread — our answer appears there.

The user ID on the block screen is the fastest way for us to locate the account — an appeal without it will take longer.
