Connection problems and mid-match disconnects
The game is online-only โ battles, coins and progress all live on the server. Most connection problems are solved by checking your network, switching between Wi-Fi and cellular, or restarting the app.

Rosh BeRosh is a real-time online game โ battles, coins and rewards all live on the server, so a stable internet connection is a must. There is no offline mode.
Lost connection?
Take a breath. Your coins, gems and progress are stored on the server, not on your phone โ so your account is intact even when the connection drops. Get back online and reopen the game, and everything refreshes straight from the server.
Quick fixes
Check that you actually have signal โ Wi-Fi or cellular.
Switch between Wi-Fi and cellular (or the other way around).
Close the app completely and reopen it.
On home Wi-Fi, a quick router restart works wonders.
Still not connecting?
If the game cannot reach the server it shows a connection message with a retry option โ wait a moment and try again. If the problem persists on a network that works for everything else, contact support (Settings, then Contact Support) and include your user ID.
Tip: real-time battles are smoothest on a stable connection โ if your network is acting up, sort it out before jumping into a match.
