How do I pause and reactivate my account?
Pause Account hides you from search and leaderboards and disables gameplay and social actions. Most data stays saved, but current weekly event trophies and rank are permanently reset.

What pausing does
Hides your account from user search and all leaderboards.
Stops gameplay and prevents new private messages, gifts, friend requests and match invitations.
Keeps your coins, gems, energy, regular Trophies, profile, friends and existing chat history saved.
A paused account cannot continue into the game. If the account is open on another device when it is paused, that session is also moved to the paused-account screen.
Important: your weekly event score is reset
Pausing permanently resets your event trophies for the current weekly event to 0 and removes your position from the event leaderboard. Reactivating does not restore the old trophies or rank. If the week is still active, you can play events again and earn new trophies from 0.
If the weekly standings were already captured but your prize message had not yet been created, the old position is no longer eligible for that prize — even if you reactivate before delivery. A prize message already created before you paused remains available after reactivation until its normal expiry.
Coming back
The next time you sign in, the game explains that the account is paused and offers Reactivate Account or Exit Game. Choose Reactivate and, once the server confirms it, startup continues normally with the saved account data — while the reset weekly event score stays at 0.
Pause is not Delete
Pausing is reversible and preserves the account. Delete Account is immediate, permanent and cannot be undone. If you only need time away, Pause is the safer choice.
If reactivation fails because of a connection problem, nothing is lost — check the connection and try Reactivate again.
