I got a new phone — how do I move my account?

TL;DR

Everything is saved on our servers. Sign in with your linked Facebook or Apple account on the new device and keep playing. Guests: link BEFORE you switch!

New phone? Breathe easy: everything that matters — coins, gems, Trophies, purchases, friends and chats — is saved on our servers, not on your phone.

Moving in 4 easy steps

  1. On your old device, make sure your account is linked to Facebook or Apple (check in Settings)

  2. Install Rosh BeRosh on the new device

  3. Sign in with the same Facebook or Apple account

  4. Done! Pick up exactly where you left off

Wait — I am still a guest!

A guest account exists only on the device where it was created. Switch phones without linking and there is no way to recover your progress. Link an account before the move — it takes a minute.

Good to know: linking your account for the first time currently rewards 20 gems, so securing your progress literally pays off.
