How do I delete my account, and what happens then?
Open Settings, choose Delete Account and confirm the warnings shown. Repeated deletions can currently trigger a 2-day wait before signing in to another account or creating a new one.
Updated August 17, 2026
Account deletion is immediate and permanent, so it is worth checking exactly what will be removed before you confirm.
How to delete
Open Settings
Under Delete Account, tap Delete User
Read each warning and confirm it with Delete — there is no way back after deletion
Temporary wait after repeated deletions
The repeat-deletion protection is currently active. Repeated deletions from the same device can start a wait before signing in to another account or creating a new one on that device. The wait is currently 2 days. If the next deletion will trigger it, an additional warning shows the wait length before you confirm.
If you continue, the account is deleted immediately and the wait begins. If a wait is already active, the sign-in screen shows when you can return.
What gets deleted
All your progress and Trophies
All your coins, gems and energy
The items and benefits added to the account through purchases
Your friends list and chats
Your entire profile
Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period and no restore.
The popularity points that other players received from your gifts are also removed with the account.
Important: subscriptions are cancelled separately
Deleting your account does not cancel a VIP subscription (or any other auto-renewing subscription). Cancel it yourself in Google Play or the App Store — otherwise the billing continues.
Just switching phones or taking a break?
Do not delete the account if you are only switching devices or taking a break. Before moving, link it to Facebook, Apple or email so you can sign in again later.
Good to know: cancel your VIP subscription in the app store BEFORE deleting your account — account deletion does not stop the charges.
