How do I delete my account, and what happens then?
Settings, Delete Account, two confirmations — and the deletion is immediate and permanent. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Google Play or the App Store.

Your friends list and chats
Your entire profile
Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period and no restore.
One ripple effect: the popularity your gifts gave to other players is removed when you delete — so gifting people up and then vanishing will not leave inflated scores behind.
Deleting and rejoining, again and again
Deleting once is completely fine. When repeat-deletion protection is active, a device that deletes and recreates accounts over and over in a short time may have to wait before a new account can be created on it again. The app warns you before a deletion that would trigger the wait and shows the exact duration; the configured protection can change over time.
Important: subscriptions are cancelled separately
Deleting your account does not cancel a VIP subscription (or any other auto-renewing subscription). Cancel it yourself in Google Play or the App Store — otherwise the billing continues.
Just switching phones or taking a break?
No need to delete! Link a Facebook or Apple account and everything stays safe on our servers until you are back.
Good to know: cancel your VIP subscription in the app store BEFORE deleting your account — account deletion does not stop the charges.
