VIP not working? Here is what to check
Most VIP hiccups sort themselves out. Here is what pending purchases, expiry messages and device switches actually mean — and what to do about each.

My purchase is still pending
Sometimes the store is still processing the payment. In that case you will see a notice that the purchase is being processed — your VIP benefits activate automatically the moment the store confirms it. No need to buy again.
I got a "VIP ended" message
That means the subscription expired or was cancelled and did not renew. Want the perks back? Just renew VIP from the in-game store.
I switched to a new device
Your subscription belongs to your Google/Apple store account. Sign in on the new device with the same store account — on Android it syncs automatically, and on iPhone there is also a Restore Purchases button in the in-game store.
If the subscription turns out to be linked to a different game account, a dialog will offer to move the purchase to your current account — one confirmation and it is yours.
My gold username switched off
That happens automatically when VIP ends. After renewing, just flip the toggle back on in the Settings screen.
Still stuck? Give the game a few moments after the store confirms, or close and reopen the app — most issues fix themselves on the next refresh.
