How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
On iPhone, tap Restore Purchases in the Store; on Android it happens automatically when the game launches. Purchases follow your game account.

Got a new phone, or reinstalled the game? Your purchases aren't lost — they're tied to your game account, and getting them back is easy.
On iPhone
Open the Store and tap the Restore Purchases button at the bottom. The game checks your App Store history and re-syncs everything you own.
On Android
You don't need to do anything — the game automatically reconciles your Google Play purchases every time it launches. VIP, No Ads and any undelivered gem purchases are re-synced on their own.
The "move purchase" dialog
If a purchase like VIP or No Ads is currently linked to a *different* game account, you'll see a dialog asking whether to move the purchase to the account you're playing on now. Confirm, and the entitlement transfers over.
Interrupted purchases
Paid right before the app crashed or the connection dropped? Relax — undelivered purchases are detected and delivered automatically on the next launch.
Pro tip: make sure you're signed in to the same game account you bought with — purchases follow the account, not the phone.
