How do I restore purchases or move an eligible benefit?
Restore from the same game and store accounts. If an eligible VIP or No Ads benefit belongs to another game account, the game may offer to move only that benefit.
Updated August 17, 2026
After moving to a new phone or reinstalling the game, first sign in to the same game account and the same App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase.
On iPhone
Open the in-game Store and tap Restore Purchases. The game checks for earlier App Store purchases that are eligible for restoration. Not every purchase type can be restored with this button.
On Android
The game checks eligible earlier Google Play purchases automatically when it opens. Close and reopen the game after signing in to the correct game and Google Play accounts.
The benefit belongs to another game account
When the game checks an Apple VIP subscription, a Google Play VIP subscription or a Google Play No Ads purchase that is linked to another game account, it may show a transfer confirmation.
Moving VIP makes that subscription grant VIP to the current game account instead of the previous one.
Moving No Ads applies No Ads to the current game account instead of the previous one.
Only the selected benefit moves. Progress, wallet balances, other purchases, profile, friends and chats do not move or merge.
Approving a move is not a new purchase and does not create another charge.
If you cancel, the benefit stays with the game account it was already linked to.
Still missing?
If the store shows the purchase as completed and the item or benefit still does not appear, contact support with your user ID and the approximate purchase time.
Restore from the same game and store accounts used for the original purchase. The restore option does not apply to every purchase type.
