I paid but got nothing — what now?
Usually a restart fixes it — undelivered purchases are delivered automatically. If your payment is still pending or something else is off, here is what to do.

It happens rarely, but if you paid and nothing landed in your account — don't panic. The system is built to make sure you get what you paid for.
Try this first
Wait a minute. Store confirmations sometimes take a moment to come through.
Restart the game. On every launch the game automatically checks for paid-but-undelivered purchases and delivers them.
Check for a "pending" notice. If your payment method needs extra time, you'll see a message that the purchase is still being processed by the store — the reward arrives automatically the moment the store confirms it.
Still nothing? Contact support and include your user ID so we can find the purchase quickly.
About pending payments
Some payment methods (like cash payments or slow card authorizations) put the purchase in a pending state at Google or Apple. That's not an error — your gems or VIP activate as soon as the store finishes processing.
Refunds
Refunds are handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store — request them there, not in the game. Heads-up: when a gem purchase is refunded, the granted gems are removed from the account, and a refunded VIP or No Ads is revoked.
Pro tip: when contacting support, include your user ID and roughly when you made the purchase — it turns a detective story into a two-minute fix.
