How does the Wrong Answer Drop event work?
Correct answers pay a 20-point base with a streak multiplier, but every wrong answer costs you 10 points (never below 0) and resets the streak. Think before you type.

In Wrong Answer Drop you earn exactly like in Timed Score ā but here, mistakes bite back: every wrong answer knocks points right off your score.
How a match works
A match has 3 rounds.
You and your opponent see the same question and answer simultaneously until the timer ends (currently 30 seconds).
The higher round score wins the round; a 2-round lead ends the match early.
Scoring
Correct answer: a 20-point base plus a streak multiplier that grows by +0.1 per consecutive correct answer.
Wrong answer: ā10 points off your round score (it never drops below 0) ā and your streak resets too. You'll see the red drop on screen.
Duplicates (answers your opponent already found) score 0 but carry no penalty and don't break your streak.
Power-ups
Joker ā available by default and works as usual.
Change Question ā available by default before the round starts.
Time Extend ā unavailable in timed rounds.
Tips
A mistake costs double ā the ā10 plus your hard-earned multiplier. One extra second of thinking is usually worth it.
Build your streak on safe answers first, then take calculated risks.
In a tight endgame, weigh every guess: a single ā10 can decide the round.
Speed wins rounds, discipline wins matches ā the player who avoids the ā10s usually takes it.
